Spencer Suggs is an experienced entrepreneur with investments in the service industry, consumer products category, and the ever evolving technology space.

Before expanding into the restoration industry in 2017 and the technology industry in 2020, Spencer Suggs was the founder and operator of a mid-size carpet cleaning company called First Choice that successfully competed against the largest and most well known brands in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex. Many of his early successes were directly attributed to the networking and relationship building efforts that he utilized to flourish in a hyper competitive, low-ticket space. Taking the learning lessons and relationships of the service industry, he moved into the niche industry of area rug cleaning and grew one of the largest and highest-rated rug cleaning plants in Texas called Simply Rug Cleaning. As his desire for expansion and scaling into the industries associated with the service industry continued to push him into other categories, he launched a cleaning solutions company called theory. and expanded into the emergency catastrophe industry of water, fire, and mold restoration with a company he co-founded by the name of RestoreNow.

With the combined successes of these small businesses, he grew fascinated with the ways that small, medium, and large size companies had to pivot and adjust during the Covid-19 pandemic. As a result, he noticed a disconnect from the transactional ways that small business owners, side-hustlers, entrepreneurs, and intrapreneurs connected with one another. After exhaustive research into the space, no products matched the outcome that he desired to help people just like himself to meet, relate, and connect with other like minded professionals in a meaningful way.
