I have a Bachelor's of Science in Education and Social Policy with a concentration in human development and psychological services with a minor in psychology from Northwestern University. I have a Master's of Social Work from New York University's Silver School of Social Work. I have been working in the mental health field for 6 years and have experiences working with a range of clients. Currently, I am a licensed psychotherapist in New York City working at a group private practice called "Forward in Heels". I predominantly work with young adults focusing on addressing anxiety, depression, the stress of life transitions, navigating relationships (romantic, platonic, familial), and perfectionism. I am funny, down to earth, and honest about the ways in which 20 somethings are struggling and thriving!
