About Olga Peksheva

My name is Olga, and I was born in the Soviet Union. At 18, I came to the USA alone with only $500 in my pocket and barely knowing any English. I worked multiple jobs to pay for my education, eventually landing a role in a major financial corporation before transitioning into the tech industry. The corporate world seemed like my destination until I realized it was a comfortable cage - good paycheck, but no true freedom.

In Dec 2020, I began investing in real estate, and today, I’ve built a portfolio worth $2.5 million while still working my W2 job. I'm on a path to financial freedom and believe others can achieve the same. We don’t have to work until retirement age - especially for those in corporate jobs, where a strong paycheck can be leveraged to escape the rat race.
