Hi -I’m your local spiritual mom bestie -a modern shaman or shaMAMA -- a certified mindfulness coach and spiritual healer supporting women who are on their motherhood journey (from fertility to postpartum). I have been running my coaching practice for 5 years now - evolving over time as I evolve spiritually and expand my consciousness. I also am a mindfulness teacher - certified in teaching meditation, breathwork, and EFT tapping. I hold other certifications for spiritual healing like Reiki, energy healing, emotional code activation, subconscious healing and Law of Attraction. I recently published my book - Soul- FULL Womb, a guide for women on their motherhood journey with wisdom from the Divine.
