Carlos Da Silva is an esteemed DEIB (diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging) Strategist and CEO of Change Agents 831, with over ten years of experience in diversity and mental health. He has successfully partnered with numerous organizations, schools, businesses, and communities, helping them advance their mission by promoting DEIB values and initiatives to benefit and develop their workforce and communities.

Born in São Paulo, Brazil, Mr. Da Silva inspires others to broaden their understanding of how race, culture, and diversity intersect to influence our identities. As an experienced DEIB thought leader, Carlos has designed DEIB-focused strategic plans, workshops, training, and online/e-learning courses. He has worked closely with senior leaders, managers, and staff to encourage, facilitate, and explore topics that include intersectionality, racial equity, and other DEIB-related themes.

Carlos is also the Founder and President of Powered By Love. This nonprofit organization distributes hygiene items and school supplies to the unhoused through partnerships with churches, community centers, and other organizations, making a tangible difference in the lives of those in need.

Carlos enjoys cardio-dance fitness and spending time outdoors and lived off-grid for three years.
