My name is Carlos Johnson,I’m the owner of Safe Harbor Home Healthcare, an agency that has been earning seven figures annually since 2020, providing personalized and compassionate care across Ohio and Texas.
With 18 years of experience in healthcare, including a decade as a nurse, i’ve developed deep expertise in entrepreneurship, home healthcare with a focus on the Department of Developmental Disabilities, Department of Mental Health, sober living and recovery homes. My agency is committed to creating safe spaces where clients and families can thrive, offering services such as 24/7 care, customized care plans, medication management, respite care, homemaker and personal care, non-medical transport, and transitional support. In addition to leading Safe Harbor, I coach aspiring agency owners on launching and scaling their businesses, emphasizing compliance, staff training, and client-centered care. My passion lies in sharing real-world insights, practical strategies, and lessons learned from building and sustaining a successful agency.
I am currently in the process of launching my own podcast, and I’m eager to connect with others in the podcasting community.
