After introducing himself; they said, "We need your help." John responded, "What do you need help with?" The hospital said, "We only have 50 scripts left." Next John replied, "Scripts, do you mean e-scripts?" The hospital said, "Yes." John then said, "Well, how many scripts did you have earlier this morning?"; they said, "About 5000." John quickly got dressed and drove to the hospital to investigate what was going on. Long story short: John resolved the issue and then helped the hospital to prosecute two kids who were stealing scripts through an unauthorized support program.
