Rebecca Fellenbaum is a certified somatic life coach, Reiki practitioner, writer, and mom of two based in Cleveland, Ohio.
After decades of doing everything “right” on the outside but feeling unfulfilled and disconnected on the inside, motherhood sparked her shift. Slowing down helped her reconnect with her inner voice, feel her emotions, and begin living with self-love, presence, and joy.
Today, she helps moms who’ve checked all the boxes yet feel stuck come back home to themselves, so they can feel great on the inside and truly enjoy their lives, kids, and families. Based on The Adult Chair® methodology, her work blends somatic tools, parts work, inner child work, and energy work to help women move from self-sacrificing to self-honoring without guilt.
