: I’m an eCommerce entrepreneur and operator with over $10M in online sales, best known for building and scaling a high-ticket Shopify store in the eBike space before exiting in 2023. Today, I’m the founder of FRIQ Labs, where we help Shopify merchants make better decisions on high-risk orders using a hybrid of fraud intelligence and human analysis. After dealing with fraud firsthand at scale, I built FRIQ to solve a problem most brands don’t fully understand until it starts costing them serious money. I’ve worked with thousands of stores through consulting and coaching, and I bring a very practical, operator-first perspective to topics like fraud prevention, high-ticket eCommerce, scaling without ads, and improving unit economics.
