Maria is a Certified Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Time Line Therapy®, and Hypnosis.

She is passionate about helping people step into their own power to live authentically in their own truth. She helps people increase their confidence levels, remove fears and limitations, and to truly empower themselves so that they can be free from their past, free themselves from limiting believes and take action towards that which they truly want!

Maria wants to help people become happier and experience more joy and compassion in their lives. She has felt inspired to support people to feel, and help them with their emotions, so that they can use their emotions in an empowered way to guide them towards their goals. She believes that true empowerment comes from daring to be oneself, fully, and unapologetically, with a kindness and compassion for other beings on this planet.

A lot of people are holding themselves back from living life to the fullest. They might not ask for that raise, start that passion project, give that presentation, or forgive people from their past, because of being tethered to old outdated beliefs and experiences that has nothing to do with the now or the potential new story of the future! Maria helps people break through those barriers so that they are free to create the lives they want to live.
