Chantelle believes that we are all destined to live lives of purpose and to find the courage to pursue that purpose. In 2019, she birthed Dragonfly – a coaching consultancy that inspires and empowers people to find their purpose and roll out a strategy to pursue or create their dream job. Chantelle was a runner up in the 2021 global Entrepreneur X-Factor competition, and in the 2023 PSASA Speaker Factor, has spoken on numerous podcasts and webinars, and has worked with clients on every continent. Her purpose is to lead people on a courageous I AM journey to help them find their WAY with various talks on Purpose, Career, and Mindset.
