About Dalton Dvorak

Dalton Dvorak is a Montana-born entrepreneur, law enforcement officer, and straight-talking business operator who’s built a reputation for getting things done in the real world—not just talking about it. Raised in a working-class family in Billings, he skipped college, got married young, and went straight to work—building businesses instead of résumés.

Today, Dalton leads Precision Highway Contractors, the family-owned infrastructure firm he took over and scaled through some of the industry’s toughest years. He’s also the founder of PCG, a graphics and branding shop; a partner in H&T Arms, a firearms and coatings company; and the driving force behind the relaunch of National Non Skid, a post-COVID revival of a once-shuttered safety coatings business. Dalton also helped build a commercial cannabis cultivation facility and founded multiple dispensaries, bringing them to market in one of the most complex regulatory environments in the country.

He’s still a deputy sheriff, deeply committed to the community that raised him—and keeps a relentless training schedule, believing physical discipline fuels leadership. Beyond business, Dalton is passionate about the politics that lead this country—especially when policy and regulation affect small business, personal freedom, and everyday Americans. Whether he’s talking entrepreneurship, public safety, or government overreach, he brings a grounded, unapologetic voice that resonates with doers, not bureaucrats.
