Growing up Crystal was the girl who begged her mom for a note to get out of gym class. In her 20s she discovered a love for running while going through a divorce. In her 30s she started loving longer distances. Now in her 40s she has run 17 marathons and 23 ultra marathons, including 2 100 mile races.
She loves to encourage to people to chase their dreams and believes that everyone can achieve great things. They key is just showing up day after day.
