About Rebecca Ehrlich

Becca is the founder of Noisy Book Club, where she helps parents raise resilient, confident, and motivated kids through simple, practical Growth Mindset strategies. A former KS1 teacher with over a decade of classroom experience, Becca now works directly with parents and children, guiding them through the real-life challenges of learning, mistakes, and resilience-building at home.

Her work includes training early years educators and Primary staff, most recently with Lloyd Park Children’s Charity, helping professionals and families nurture Growth Mindset thinking from the earliest years. Through her Mindset Made Easy programme and Noisy Book Club Mail, Becca breaks down Growth Mindset into easy, doable steps—because parenting is tough, but helping kids build resilience doesn’t have to be!

Becca is passionate about helping parents feel seen and supported, offering practical, no-fluff strategies that fit into real family life. If you’re looking for an engaging, relatable guest who can speak to perfectionism, resilience, learning anxiety, and Growth Mindset parenting, she’s the one to call!
