About Anne Peshka

Anne Peshka is living proof that your past doesn’t define you — unless you let it. Adopted as an infant into an abusive childhood, Anne's early life was shaped by trauma, pain, and survival. But survival wasn’t the end of her story — it was only the beginning.

Through years of personal transformation, Anne has reinvented herself multiple times — confronting addiction, loss, and the heartbreak of placing her second child for adoption. Each chapter forced her to peel back another layer, learning who she was at her core, discovering her values, and ultimately aligning her life to her purpose.

Today, Anne is a Certified Professional Coach, speaker, and author of Trauma Recycled, where she shares how cycles of generational trauma can be broken — and recycled into growth, healing, and freedom. She has built multiple successful businesses, always driven by her deep passion for helping others feel seen, heard, and empowered. Customer service was her first language, but soul-level connection is her life’s work.

Anne now helps others shed the labels they've carried for years — labels of trauma, shame, and "not enough" — guiding them to create lives they never thought possible. Through her story, she invites others to stand up, reclaim their voice, and realize they are not their past — they are not broken — and they deserve far more than they often believe or allow themselves to receive.
