About Cory Nott

Cory Nott is a visionary business coach on a mission to see more business owners enter into business partnerships because, when done right, a partnership is greater than one person can create on their own. Another way Cory says it: A partnership exceeds the sum of the parts.

Cofounder with his wife, Gail Nott, of their partnership Take Wing® Coaching, Cory is dedicated to helping multi-founder businesses create a strategy that enhances the interests of each stakeholder.

He knows firsthand the challenges that come with running a partnership, having started as a technology and software consultant with a partner in 1998. Today he specializes in advising partners — whether they’re forming the partnership or the partnership is already established — on ways to thrive and succeed and how to recover when stuck or in conflict.

Cory also has more than three decades of experience in project management, software development, and technology consulting. He has worked on diverse projects such as the Nextel network, the Bay Area Bridge project, and the Sims 2 video game from Electronic Arts.

When Cory's not coaching, you can find him riding his motorcycle through the mountains, camping with his family, or tending to his homestead and menagerie of animals and pets.

Cory is a firm believer that cultivating a vision bigger than any obstacle is the key to success.
