About Kate Cousens

Kate is a Leadership Mindset Mentor, which means she helps people to fulfil their potential.

In her day-job, she is Director and Co-Founder of DICE Business, which provides leadership development, mentoring and strategic advice to organisations. However, after spending 20 years climbing the career ladder herself in a range of leadership roles Kate's passion is ‘sending the ladder down’ to help others on their own ascent. She has written and self-published two books aimed at helping women fulfil their potential in career and life generally, ‘Ladder Climbing in High Heels’ and her most recent one 'Don't Dim to Fit In', which is a a book of self-discovery which helps women to push through their self-limiting beliefs, mindset blocks, and common forms of self-sabotage that can block their success.
