My story is raw and real. It is about drug addiction of an adult children with their own children, the collateral damage left behind to be raised by grandparents. It is about the pandemic of drug abuse. It is about a saving group full of love. compassion, and forever friendships. It is how a non profit idea arose out of that love and friendship, and about the grandfamilies who are struggling and trying to find their way, many with children suffering the side effects of being born with drugs in their systems, their trauma, and neglect and the warriors who stood up to protect them
