About David Dubczak

David Dubczak is an educator, author, playwright, consultant, and occasional actor. His writing interests include history and comedy. Originally from Holmen, Wisconsin, he lives in Iowa with his wife Laura and dog Avila, whom they affectionately refer to as “Noodle.”

David’s plays have won awards with the Iowa Motion Picture Association, and have advanced into the finalist rounds of national competitions such as the Screencraft Stage Play Competition.

As an educator, he has extensive research and practice in creative thinking, problem-solving, and productive failure. He believes the biggest power of creative thinking is the ability to see problems as opportunities. This is why he writes and speaks about how to "Activate your Genius Mode" with deliberate creative thinking.
