Dr. Jonathan McRoy, CM, LSSBB is a highly accomplished executive with an extensive background in military service, academic leadership, corporate strategy, and civic engagement. Currently serving as Vice President of Administration at Goodwill Industries of Kansas, Inc., Jonathan leads strategic initiatives spanning HR management, IT, payroll, and operations excellence. His focus on integrating advanced technological solutions, such as data analytics, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement has significantly enhanced decision-making and operational efficiency across diverse departments.

Jonathan’s career foundation was laid in the U.S. Air Force, where he developed deep expertise in organizational systems, strategic leadership, and program execution.
