About Elena Diaz

I have been devoted to staying fit through mishaps and successes since early adolescence when I started the cycle of weight fluctuations not fully understanding how it was happening and continued to happen into my 20's.

Especially in my earlier years, I tried different types of exercise such as aerobics, running, and going to the gym. Back then, my diets were mostly about trying not to eat, giving up sweets and desserts, and taking weight loss supplements. Needless to say, some diets risked my health. Repeatedly, in between my weight loss achievements, I would return to the old diet and sedentary habits and gaining more than 10 pounds, sometimes up to 30 pounds.

In my early 30's I started practicing a diet which helped me become vegan, but it was taught to me in a unique way which saved me from physical discomforts, cravings, and hunger. Through that diet, I learned that staying fit and healthy and keeping the weight off is not about not eating and doing hardcore exercises. It's about teaching the mind and body kindness and gentleness and that happens by introducing a healthy lifestyle while honoring the "old," unhealthy lifestyle.

Presently, I have maintained my ideal weight for 17 years without any hard thinking. I want to guide women to this holistic method, whether they are vegan, non-vegan, or whichever diet they practice, that, on top of helping women look awesome, teaches an approach for staying centered and balanced in every way.
