Taylor Jones is a Professional Certified Marketer (PCM®) and eCommerce strategist with over 15 years of leadership experience. As the Managing Owner of Wishbone Advisory, Taylor acts as a Fractional CMO for startups and enterprise brands, advising on Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies that drive awareness, consideration, and conversion. He specializes in executing enterprise-wide digital governance and ensuring brand consistency across fragmented channels.
Before founding Wishbone Advisory, Taylor spent over a decade architecting massive growth for consumer goods manufacturers. As Vice President of eCommerce at Sinomax USA, he managed the P&L for a major division, growing attributable revenue from near-zero to $100M GMV through aggressive digital transformation and content strategy. He also oversaw the strategic acquisition of the #1 rated mattress brand on Amazon, successfully expanding the business into new channels like Walmart.
Previously, as VP of Marketing at Soft-Tex International, Taylor scaled the eCommerce division 7x to $60M GMV, which accounted for half of the total business, while increasing brand visibility to 50 million annual shoppers and worked in various digital marketing management roles at Red Ventures and Arise Virtual Solutions.
Taylor also bridges the gap between industry and academia as an Mentor at the Queens University of Charlotte McColl School of Business and Adjunct Instructor. He holds an MBA from Queens University and a B.S. in Mathematics and Spanish from the University of South Carolina.
