About Hayley Grainger

After having suffered with Anxiety, Depression and Anorexia for over a third of my life, I recently started my recovery journey - as part of this I actively share my experiences and journey with others through my Blog as well as charity work - actively trying to dispel the stigmas around Mental Health Issues.

I embarked on my own "Year of Yes" which gave me the motivation and momentum to drive my recovery journey. I would love to share my experiences and offer support and advice to others - after all knowledge has the power to create change.
