Over the last decade, I’ve immersed myself in formal training in self-love, dating, and relationship psychology. I’ve coached over 2,500 individuals, including high-performing executives and CEOs of multi-billion-dollar companies, guiding them to achieve deeper emotional intimacy and lasting love.

While raising two Gen Z children as a single mother, I built and led two successful coaching companies from the ground up. My journey—both personal and professional—has been one of transformation, resilience, and relentless commitment to human connection.

As my work gained recognition, I was honored to be featured in Vogue, Cosmopolitan, Bloomberg, Business Insider, and Men’s Health, where I was named the premier intimacy coach in the United States.

But I knew I wanted to do more than coach individuals—I wanted to scale transformation. That’s why I founded Elixr, an AI-powered love app designed for the next generation of lovers.

At Elixr, we understand that love today is more complex than ever. Gen Z is the most self-aware yet emotionally exhausted generation. In a world full of digital noise, hookup culture, and endless scrolling, it’s easy to feel disillusioned with love—or opt out altogether.
