About Zander Kempf

I found the power of real estate and used it to create enough passive income to retire by age 27, all the while serving as an active duty Army Officer and Paratrooper with a tour in Iraq.
I currently live in Hawaii and lead an adventurous life of travel and extreme sports like paragliding, kiteboarding, rock climbing, surfing and freediving. I also spend about 3 months per year traveling the world, and working remotely to grow my company.
My real estate firm builds and operates RV resorts near national parks and other hot destinations. We put a millennial twist on RV parks, and focus on things like health and wellness, coworking, and van life people.
We operate a real estate investment fund which provides strong tax benefits, and monthly passive income to our investors from our resorts (plus investors get to stay at our properties for free!).

For larger podcasts I am happy to travel in person. Otherwise I have high speed internet, a high end external mic, and a nice studio setup to provide a professional backdrop. I will also cross promote any podcast I am on on my social media channels as well @zanderkempf.
