Heather Caudill is an experienced executive with a love of people and technology. She has created a career for herself from her innate passion for delivering an exceptional experience to customers and teammates. That passion has manifested itself in many roles throughout the years, leaning into a focus on the growth and development of the teammates she has served.
From dancing on an NBA dance team, working as a flight attendant, and spending 20 years growing a 10-person software startup to an IPO, adaptability is Heather's strength. Coupled with her teammate advocacy, Heather's exemplary relationship skills have made her an approachable and well-respected leader. Heather loves to dig into the tough conversations, and she has built her professional brand around helping others do the same. She brings authenticity as she helps people move the conversation forward and seek transparency in what comes next, which helps her connect with others who work with her.
Heather is super close to her three kids and husband. She enjoys captaining her pontoon boat on the lake in her free time and loves taking dance classes. Heather believes in channeling her artistic side and infusing it into her everyday life, as that connection brings fulfillment and makes "work" more enjoyable, too.
