I am a survivor of childhood sexual abuse. Because of that abuse I had many physical and emotional issues. By my early 20's I was diagnosed with PTSD, Clinical Depression, and Dissociative Identity Disorder. I tried so many things to get well. I was on medication, went to therapy off and on through the years, went to specialist after specialist, prayer, begging God to take the pain away, asked for help from the church only to be told I needed to "lay it down and not pick it back up again", and I went to school to become a therapist so I could help others. I could only practice as a mental health therapist for about 2 years because I was so severely sick myself.

By May 2020 I was basically going from my couch to my bed, and my bed to my couch. I was very physically and mentally sick. To the point I there were many nights I did not know if I would even wake up the next morning. The Lord began laying it on my heart to take a week and pray for my total healing and break through. He started taking me through a process of deep, deep repentance and full surrender to Him. He laid it on my heart to invite my parents over to pray for me. During that prayer time my dad verbally cast out between 45-60 demons out of my body and since that moment I have not had one symptom of mental illness. It turns out I did not have mental illness. I had demons. This is a very simplified and short version of my testimony, but the bottom line is I was bound, and God set me free.
