Hi! I'm Audrey Muller, a business strategist, coach, and professional question-asker who helps entrepreneurs build businesses that actually support the life they started them for. For more than 6 years, I've worked behind the scenes of online businesses, helping entrepreneurs turn ideas into offers, build courses and coaching programs, create launches, untangle their tech, and put the systems in place to actually support their growth. My work has touched everything from Kajabi builds and AI to messaging, customer journeys, operations, sales, and strategy. But somewhere along the way, I realized something: most business owners don't have an information problem. They have a "my business has slowly become 47 tabs open in a trench coat" problem. My work sits at the intersection of strategy, systems, technology, and the very human person trying to hold all of it together. I don't believe your business should require you to become a full-time content machine, tech department, operations manager, and professional firefighter just to keep it running. And I'm not interested in scaling for the sake of scaling, either. I'm interested in helping people build intentionally, so their business creates more freedom, possibility, and room to do the work they actually started it to do. I'm also a double-certified life and purpose coach, which means conversations with me rarely stay on the surface. I'm usually the person asking the question everyone else is thinking, lovingly calling out the thing hiding underneath the thing, and finding a way to bring humor into conversations that could otherwise feel way too serious. My own entrepreneurial journey hasn't been a perfectly packaged case study. I've built, pivoted, questioned everything, followed paths that looked right on paper but felt completely wrong in practice, and learned firsthand that sometimes the smartest business decision isn't doing more. It's getting honest about what you're actually trying to build. Today, through my Build Ecosystem, I help entrepreneurs move from "I know what I want to create, but everything feels duct-taped together" to having the strategy, offers, systems, and confidence to build what comes next. I love conversations about building a business differently, the intersection of strategy and self-trust, AI and the future of entrepreneurship, why more information isn't always the answer, what happens when your business outgrows the version of you who built it, and how to create growth without accidentally building yourself another job.
