I never would have thought that all of the collective honing of my interpersonal skills would lead me to be published in The Wall Street Journal... but it has! It made me think.... I may have something special to offer for the world. I've also recent started investing into myself with becoming a Rapid Transformation Therapist to add onto my work ethic. I feel like most business owners can benefit from my years of customer interactions; I've learned how customers behave, why they say the things they say, or even feel how they feel about things, and I've developed an awareness and world class techniques that I feel the business world can add an asset to their company. With over a decade in the call center and customer service environment, along with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration, I want to share what I've learned with the world to help expound on current business models by allowing individuals to raise self
