I have been successfully investing in real estate for over 30 years and educating real estate investors for nearly 30 years. My experiences encompass nearly all aspects of real estate and my real estate programs provide the most complete and comprehensive real estate investor training available anywhere. I don't just focus on one sector, one strategy or one type of financing in my own investing or my educational programs.
Real estate has created more millionaires and made more millionaires richer than any other investment medium in history. Real estate is a legacy builder and the only investment that pays the investor in multiple ways. At a minimum, an investor gets paid 3 times on their investment. 1 when they buy, 2 when they hold and 3 when they sell.
In short, real estate is amazing!! I host real estate investing podcasts and the long running investors real estate radio show which eventually converted into a podcast. I love talking and sharing all things real estate. It is in my blood.
