About Ethan Brisby

Ethan Brisby is an accomplished entrepreneur, real estate broker, and community leader. Born and raised in Bryan, Texas, Ethan's journey through life has been one of overcoming adversity and never giving up on his dreams.
After graduating from Morehouse College with a degree in Urban Studies, Ethan went on to earn a Master’s degree from Texas A&M University in Land & Property Development. During his 30s, he started his career in real estate brokerage and worked on several community initiatives, including the East MLK Smart Growth Initiative and with the Brazos Valley Affordable Housing Corporation.
In 2011, at the age of 29, Ethan founded SHIFT Enterprise Academy, an organization dedicated to empowering young people to achieve their full potential. Today, he resides in Uganda, where he continues to run the organization and make a difference in the lives of those around him.
Ethan's story is one of resilience, determination, and never giving up on one's dreams. He hopes that his journey will inspire others to pursue their passions and make a positive impact in the world.
