As someone who was shy, awkward, and not particularly bright, I know that success is not just handed out. My name is Maximilian Ranieri - I am 27, a husband, father, and in charge of research and development for a hydrogen generation lab in central Florida. I never went to school for chemistry, but by the lessons taught to me from childhood I was able to reach my dream of becoming an experimental scientist.
