Randy Coin is an entrepreneur, inventor, and life and leadership coach who built thriving, referral-only businessess—one in custom learning consulting and design, the other in transformational coaching. The founder of Coin Harlan Consulting, a boutique firm known for bespoke learning experiences, her degree is in English (chemistry minor). While she didn’t study learning design or coaching formally, she’s a trusted learning partner to global companies, co-inventor of the innovative learning technology Codex™ (patent pending), and a coach to private clients.

Randy’s expertise comes from deeply living the work—gained through decades as a learning designer and business owner and nearly a decade of personal transformation work under the guidance of two masterful teachers. She has a rare gift for fully internalizing lessons through direct experience and then translating insights into practical strategies for her others. This ability to embody and teach from lived understanding sets her apart.
