I am a Chartered Electrical Engineer with over 40 years of experience. I have been self-employed for 25 years, so I am a Director of my own business. Being self-employed means you have to be confident about your abilities and confident in the product I am selling. In my case, the product is my skills as a designer. As a Director I may not have a boss but that does not mean that I have no one that I am accountable to. Ultimately, if I don’t do my job well, I won’t be paid, or my clients will leave me. That is a great motivation to do well because I am married with dependents. I have 5 children, the oldest is 40 and the youngest is 16.

I have been a Christian for 45 years and went to Bible College in 2008. I have been in church leadership for many years. The confidence I have also extends into church life and I preach at my local church and I’m a guest preacher at other churches.

Having been diagnosed with prostate cancer, everything is now viewed in a different light. There is now an urgency to ensure that people hear the Word of God, or at least get the opportunity to hear it. i write on the Substack platform. All my posts/ notes will be messages from the Bible. I hope that you will see that I am passionate about Jesus Christ and reaching out to others with the Good News of Jesus Christ. I post twice a week.

I am a husband, and father to 5 children, one was adopted.
