About Sara Rae

Hello! I am Sara Rae. I am the writer, energy healer, medium, and podcaster behind Spiritually Inspired. My goal is to inspire all modern mystics (new and novice) to embrace their unique brand of spirituality and integrate it into their daily life. My podcast/blog/YouTube channel cover topics ranging from meditation, crystal healing, personal growth, spiritual rituals, the tarot, astrology, and communicating with Spirit.

Humanity is smack-dab in the middle of an evolutionary leap called "ascension." We're all navigating our own spiritual awakenings, coming to terms with the outside force that's greater than ourselves, realizing life continues on after death, and perfecting manifesting techniques to create our own reality. These truths drive me to create the content I create--I believe all of humanity is ready to grow on a soul level, so I encourage all listeners to follow their intuition over anything else.

It's not all heavy and hectic though! I aim to bring lighthearted fun and laughs into topics that may otherwise be very heavy, serious, and downright dull. Collaborating with other spiritual women to help raise the vibration of the planet is a passion of mine.
