I am writing to introduce my mentor, Joshua Zaporzan, a successful entrepreneur, marketer, strategist, and start-up enthusiast with an impressive track record in various industries. Joshua's vast entrepreneurial journey, coupled with his strategic acumen and passion for innovation, makes him an ideal guest for your podcast.

As the former Owner & CEO of Longball Athletics, Joshua led the company's expansion throughout North America before successfully exiting in 2020. Following this, he founded H2MB Inc., a company in the clean technology and renewable energy industry. Under Joshua's leadership, H2MB is working towards building Manitoba’s first green hydrogen production, storage, and distribution facility, aiming to be a leading producer of low-cost green hydrogen.

In addition to his role at H2MB, Joshua also heads Audax Ventures, where he works with and invests in technology startups, helping them launch, grow, and exit their businesses. His work includes coaching entrepreneurs to build business plans, pitch decks, marketing strategies, and more, reflecting his dedication to nurturing the entrepreneurial spirit.

Most recently, Joshua collaborated with Asteria Global to support and advise start-up entrepreneurs in the technology space abroad, further extending his influence in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

He is also a speaker to various groups of community leaders, university, and MBA students and has participated as a judge in business plan and pitch competitions across Canada. Currently, Joshua is working on an innovative software platform in the venture capital space, set to launch early next year.
