My name is Ekaterina, I’ve been a chronic dieter for 18 years. At some point I decided it wasn’t enough and entered a fitness bikini competition in 2013. I competed for a year and did 7 shows.

Because the diet was so restrictive, my relationship with food became even worse. I started severely binge eating and overeating. After 4 years of hell and trying everything I could to stop it, I had no success. The reason is, I couldn’t let go of dieting, because I was terrified of a possible weight gain.
I exercised excessively, punished myself for overeating with more workouts and cardio sessions.

One day I decided that enough was enough. I quit dieting and putting restrictions around food. I committed that no matter what I’ll give myself a chance for 3 months. After all I can always go back on a diet.

It went so well that I’ve never looked back. I learned to connect with my body through intuitive eating. I started listening to my body and feeding it what it asked for.

The urge to eat as many carbs and sugar as I can disappeared. I became free from food obsession and sugar addiction (as I liked to call it back then).

Today, I am a Food Freedom Coach and I help other women who are tired of this constant battle with food and their bodies to become free from it.

I continue to raise awareness every day that women can live happy without counting every single crumb they eat and killing them selves at the gym or running endless miles.

I remind them through my social media platforms and coaching that their bodies are worth being healthy and not restricted, that they deserve to not think about food 24/7, and live a full life being present with their families and friends.

I am a also a certified NASM PT and promote fitness for health, and not for making their bodies smaller through excessive exercise and dieting.
