Dr. Leanna Cinquanta is a movement catalyst, published author, international motivational speaker and the founder of WIN (We Ignite Nations) based in Colorado. WIN's native teams, working in some of the most difficult and persecuted areas of the world, innovate sustainable solutions that end human trafficking, provide education, solve water scarcity, and turn poverty into plenty. Leanna's passion is to inspire and equip others into their highest calling!

At age 15 Leanna was an atheist until she experienced a dramatic face-to-face encounter with Jesus. Her unique, faith-boosting salvation testimony has been featured on The 700 Club, TBN, Daystar, God TV and many other platforms.

She is a graduate of Fuller Theological Seminary and received Regent University’s “Outstanding Graduate” award in completion of her Doctor of Ministry degree. Dr. C. Peter Wagner considered her “the most competent field missiologist” he had ever known. Responding to vivid dreams, in 1996 she forsook a budding equestrian career and set out for a region of the world then known as “the graveyard of Christianity.” In the next 23 years, prayer, persistence and persecution along with miracles of healing and deliverance resulted in the once “graveyard” becoming a vineyard of hope and healing, with over 4,000 children rescued from trafficking and abuse, and 1.4 million lives transformed through education, water systems and business initiatives.

On account of Christ, Leanna has been in jail, blacklisted from two nations, and miraculously un-blacklisted from one. A visionary who is always discovering hidden strategies to reveal God's goodness to today’s world, Leanna also has leveraged a little-known method by which she influences millions every year with only a few hours of work.

A Harper Collins editor commended Leanna's first book, Treasures in Dark Places, as "The best testimonial I've read since The Hiding Place." Leanna's second book, Your Secret Calling, will be released April 2024.

She is a motivational speaker and author of the life transformation series “Win-Win Worldview.” Firmly grounded in Scripture and enlivened with amazing God-stories from 20+ years of pioneering in tough places, her high-energy messages draw listeners to the edge of their seats.
