Tracy Irwin founded an award-winning bookkeeping and accounting business in the UK, overseeing it from a strategic level from her home in Spain before selling (in 2024) to focus on her Success By Numbers program, one-to-one coaching and mentoring fellow business owners to grow a successful business.
She is a best-selling author, entrepreneur, business media contributor and mentor with over 20 years of experience coaching individuals to grow their businesses, which led to the launch of The Time Freedom Alchemist in 2023.
