Jeffrey Charles Hardy is a global visionary and an international planner of healthcare systems, services, and facilities. Jeff is the President and Founder of the Care for Peace Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation based in Novato. Over the past 30 years, Hardy’s global reach has spanned North and South America, Asia, and Africa.

Following the 2012 release of U.S. sanctions, Hardy worked with the Myanmar Ministry of Health to fund, plan, and build the first prototype Mini-Health Center, supported by a Micro-Healthcare System, in at least 250 “deep rural” townships and villages where 70% of the people live with little-to-no healthcare or community development.

Hardy’s recently published book, TO CARE FOR PEACE – A GLOBAL MANDATE TO SECURE THE SECOND HUMAN EVOLUTION IN PERPETUITY, has been making as many waves on TV shows and over 70 podcasts as it has begun to resonate with the world community of people who want to be part of the process of discussing, planning, and changing the world for humanity and all living things.

Hardy proposes a global planning process that begins with recognition of the THREE STAGES OF HUMAN EVOLUTION that will allow planners to back up and see where humanity has been, where we are now, and how we need to prepare for the SECOND HUMAN EVOLUTION.

The FIRST HUMAN EVOLUTION began two-and-a-half million years ago and ended sometime between the mid-50s and 60s, when mutually assured destruction gave proof that humans had conquered nature and could end our residence on the Earth. Humanity is now in the SUSPENDED HUMAN EVOLUTION where we must commence planning the SECOND HUMAN EVOLUTION in earnest.
