I'm Paula — visionary teacher and healing channel standing at the intersection of neuroscience, psychology, somatics, and sound to help people access the body’s wisdom and embody the soul’s frequency.

For over 30 years, I’ve explored the intersection of spirit, intellect, and the body as a clinical therapist trained in somatic-trauma treatment. In 2019, on the heels of traumatic grief, a doorway opened as I stepped into my own initiation of the soul. This journey of my own inner healing soon began to reveal to me the deeper synergy between music, somatics, vibrational healing, psychology, and consciousness.

Over the past 7 years I have stepped into a new role as a visionary, guide, and support for those who are saying yes to their spiritual awakening at this time who wish to engage in their healing through sound, music, and vibration.
