My recent book about the Betty Broderick crimes, She Gave Her Pearls, is a 30+ year analysis of all public real estate records recorded at the San Diego County Recorder by Betty Broderick, Dan Broderick and/or Linda Kolkena. I always felt there had to be more to why Betty killed Dan and Linda after they were already married; months after they were married, in fact.

I believed that if one created a timeline in order of all public real estate documents, it will tell a new story. That book took me three years to write and was published in 2023.

My ability to speak on this topic is because I am a very experienced California real estate broker and understand and enjoy true crime. Who doesn't like trying to figure out the Why? That's what I have done -- taking the curious on a new journey and teaching them a lot about what happened with Betty, Dan and Linda along the way.

I am available for interviews online, in person, over the phone and as a podcast guest. In addition to writing, I am the broker and owner of a San Diego real estate firm called Blend Luxury Real Estate and have been in residential and commercial real estate for over 30 years.
