Hello! My name is Geraldine Anello. I was born in France but grew up on an island off South Africa. There I fell in love with music and the arts, studying the piano in my childhood and teenage years. At 20 I came to the states, not knowing any English but determined to follow my dreams. I am now a Broadway musician and conductor, and have worked on many shows, such as School of Rock, Aladdin, Matilda, and more. I also founded a Facebook Group called Handy Women, a space where women share tips on home improvement and renovation, handy work, and how to be a badass. More recently, I published two books of poetry, with one more on the way. My series, TRUTH, explores my journey after heartbreak and anger to find self-empowerment and healing.
