About Lisa

My name is Lisa—I’m a clinical scientist, Les Mills group fitness instructor, and author on a mission to impact one million lives through science, fitness, and real-world experimentation. With over two decades of experience in medical laboratory technology, I’ve spent my career analyzing human biology, but I’ve never been one to stop at theory—I want to know what actually works.

I take a hands-on approach to health, testing everything from longevity protocols to fitness methods, not just in the lab but in my own life. Whether it’s breaking down the science behind biohacking, making sense of the latest fitness trends, or exploring the connection between mindset and physical transformation, I love bridging the gap between medical research and everyday life.

Beyond my work in the lab and gym, I’m also an author. Writing has always come naturally to me, and I’ve used it to create a series of books that strip away the confusion around health, fitness, and longevity. I keep things simple, relatable, and, most importantly, useful—because information is only powerful if people can actually apply it.

I believe health isn’t just about what we do—it’s about why we do it. That’s why I don’t just follow trends; I put them to the test. My approach is always evidence-based, practical, and no-nonsense, with a dose of humor and honesty.

I’m not here to be another influencer—I’m here to make an impact. My goal is to help people take control of their health in a way that’s sustainable, backed by science, and actually fits into real life. Whether through my books, my fitness instruction, or my deep dives into longevity research, I’m committed to helping others navigate the ever-changing world of health and wellness with clarity, confidence, and curiosity.
