Teanna is a meditation facilitator, intuitive, and author whose path was shaped through profound personal challenge. In her mid-thirties, complications during childbirth led to a haemorrhage, a stroke, and the onset of a chronic hemiplegic migraine that persisted daily for over a decade. The experience caused a significant neurological impact, affecting memory, balance, cognition, and speech, and ultimately dismantling the life she once knew.
Unable to live or work as before, Teanna entered a long period of stillness and surrender. In the absence of her former pace and identity, meditation became not just a practice, but a lifeline - a way of listening, surviving, and slowly rebuilding her relationship with her body and mind. Guided by intuition and scientific curiosity, she began exploring neuroplasticity, nervous system regulation, and the relationship between awareness, emotion, and healing.
Through gentle repetition and deep listening, Teanna learned to regulate her nervous system, restore coherence between the brain and heart, and reconnect with the natural rhythms of life. Her recovery revealed a profound truth: healing is not something to be forced or fixed, but something that unfolds when safety, timing, and compassion are restored.
As her work deepened, others began to experience a sense of calm and stillness when guided by her meditations. Further exploration revealed that her voice resonates at a frequency associated with coherence and emotional regulation - reinforcing what she had already come to understand: that the nervous system responds not only to words, but to presence, rhythm, and attunement.
Before her awakening, Teanna spent many years in the corporate world with PwC, specialising in organisational transformation and process re-engineering. This experience sharpened her ability to recognise patterns, work with complexity, and create flow where friction exists - skills she now applies to the inner systems of the body, mind, and energy field.
Today, Teanna weaves together meditation, neuroscience, seasonal wisdom, and lived experience into a compassionate, trauma-aware approach to transformation. Based in the UK and a devoted mother of four, she guides others to return to balance, trust, and their natural rhythm of being
