My name is Nicki and I help women after divorce regulate their nervous system, allowing them to shift from survival mode to living a confident, vibrant life.
Healing is empowering. It is growth. It is something we need to do as a collective but it has to start on the individual level. It has to start with you.
The goal at Healing You First Coaching is to help women connect with themselves after divorce through releasing limiting beliefs, regulating the nervous system, understanding patterns, and finding alignment within themselves. This is possible for all of us.
