Founder and CEO of SHARE Mobility. Ryan is an entrepreneur focused on helping companies and cities change the way people commute. As the founder and CEO of SHARE Mobility, Ryan leads the company's mission to create equitable access to transportation by making it an employee benefit. Having worked in smart cities and rural communities, Ryan brings urgency and action to solving today's biggest transportation problems by activating the private sector and using technology to make the world smaller for those who are always a passenger.

Ryan graduated from Ohio Dominican University with a BS in Business Administration and The Ohio State University with a Masters Degree in Business Administration. Ryan’s career has been focused on marketing, technology, and innovation.

Ryan started his career in Marketing at Kern, the US subsidy of Kern AG - a Swiss manufacturer of high speed mailing automation equipment. Spending 6 years with the company in various sales and marketing roles, Ryan had the opportunity to be an intrapreneur during the last 2 years with Kern. As an intrapreneur, Ryan worked on new product lines for hardware and software with a focus on diversification and expanding the company outside of its core mailing business.

In 2014, Ryan started his first company, ContentVia, a marketing agency that helped entrepreneurs go from idea to first customer. The agency helped 40+ entrepreneurs from 2014 to 2017 with full service marketing and sales support designed for what startups need. ContentVia supported founders and startups, such as Defender 24/7, which raised over $200,000 on Indiegogo and Shipt, which was later acquired by Target.
