About Luca

If you’re looking for a guest who speaks honestly about courage, presence, connection, and ownership, I’d love to have a conversation with you about taking action and creating a life that actually fits.

My work lives at the intersection of performance and presence.

I started out as an actor, not just to tell stories, but to study human behavior up close. From an early age, I became fascinated by how people show up, how we adapt, how confidence is shaped, and how easily we slip into roles that once helped us belong, but no longer truly fit.

Over time, that curiosity followed me beyond the stage. I became an entrepreneur, worked with teams and leaders inside organizations, facilitated conversations under pressure, and coached people who felt stuck, uncertain, or quietly restless, even when everything looked “fine” from the outside.

Across all those settings, one insight kept returning.

Confidence doesn’t come from having all the answers.
It grows through small acts of courage, taken before certainty arrives.

That understanding comes from lived experience, including my own choices. Leaving safe structures, stepping away from environments that no longer aligned, owning parts of myself I had kept quiet, and saying yes to steps I would once have postponed indefinitely.

For me, courage isn’t about fearlessness or dramatic reinvention.
It’s about being more present, more connected to what matters, and taking responsibility for the next step, even when the outcome isn’t clear.

Everything I write, create, and share, from GO OWN IT ALL to The Courage Matrix™, comes from that place. Not as answers to follow, but as tools and lenses to help people notice where they are and move honestly from there. https://www.goownitall.com

If your podcast explores themes like uncertainty, identity, leadership, creativity, personal growth, or what it really means to move forward without clarity, I’d love to join the conversation.

I don’t come to fix people or sell certainty.
I come to think out loud with you, reflect together, and create space for something real to move.
