I have a history of tremendous success within the commercial real estate industry, & have spent the past two years creating a revolutionary site that allows people to list, & find commercial properties; get comps, & demographic reports all for no costs and no catches. My plan is to remove all barriers to entry within the CRE space, & transform commercial real estate commerce into a transparent, & fair industry.

As an Austin, TX native and alumni of the University of Texas at Austin, I've spent my career brokering & investing 10’s of millions of dollars within the commercial real estate field. After a few years of brokering deals, in 2018 I founded his own private equity firm focused on value-add commercial real estate, & found a unique way to argue cash-only purchases are in fact more stable & give more return compared to traditional real estate investing.

My current venture, MyEListing.com, is the Nation’s leading free resource to list, & find commercial real estate; compare properties; & get demographic reports. Founded in 2019, MyEListing is now used by just about all major firms across the US, & is dramatically removing the exorbitant fees forced onto people who operate within the CRE industry.

My sole focus now is improving MyEListing & transforming the CRE industry into what it should have been for the start: a simple, free, transparent, even playing field for all.
